Refund policy

Returns
Prior authorization is necessary for all returns. Return requests are only considered within 30 days of purchase. Returns accepted with prior approval are subject to a minimum re-stocking fee of 15% (up to 75% possible) and return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer. Original freight charges we incur are also deducted from any refunds. Due to the nature of the products we offer some items may not be returned under any circumstances. Please contact us and include your original order information to inquire about returning any purchases.
