Shipping & Returns

We ship to the Continental U.S. only (lower 48 states)

All orders with a sub-total of atleast $25.00 are shipped for free using a ground service delivery method of our choice. Carriers we use include UPS, FedEx, and freight trucks on heavier items.

All orders normally ship within 2-4 business days of purchase from the nearest distribution center to the buyers address. We ship from warehouse locations in NY, CA, IL, MN and FL (some products are not stocked in every warehouse location).

Shipping insurance is included with each shipment.

We are required to add 8.375% sales tax to any order being shipped to a NY address.

In the event an item is backordered the buyer will be notified immediately.

Returns
Prior authorization is neccessary for all returns; unauthorized returns will be refused by our warehouse. Returns accepted with prior approval are subject to a minimum re-stocking fee of 15% and return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer. Please contact us and include your original order information to receive your return authorization number.
