This heavy-duty concrete sealer is formulated with epoxy ester resins to give concrete surfaces maximum resistance to oils, chemicals and abrasions. It quickly penetrates concrete and fills the pores to completely seal the surface, and dries to a clear, durable, chemical resistant finish capable of withstanding heavy traffic. It can be used on new or old concrete surfaces, and is traffic ready in just 24 hours.
Allow new concrete to cure for a minimum of 90 days before using this product.

• Floors & walls
Directions:
• Clean, rinse and dry concrete
• Etch concrete with product #142
• When dry, apply at 300 - 500 sq ft per gallon
