Returns
Prior authorization is neccessary for all returns; unauthorized returns will be refused by our warehouse. Returns accepted with prior approval are subject to a minimum re-stocking fee of 15% and return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer. Please contact us and include your original order information to receive your return authorization number.
