A long-lasting floor sealer and under coater specially formulated to enhance the appearance of resilient flooring. It provides a superior base coat for acrylic finishes subjected to either burnishing or spray buffing operations on a regular basis. It dries fast and is safe to use with virtually any existing floor-finishing product to maximize the gloss potential of the finish.

**NOT FOR USE ON TERRAZZO FLOORS
• Provides an excellent foundation for high-gloss finishes.
• A colorless, acrylic seal creates a secure and adherable surface.
• Self-leveling formula assures a flat, smooth foundation.
Directions:
• On a newly stripped floor, apply at a rate of 1,650 square feet per gallon. 2 coats are recommended.
• Drying time is approx. 30 minutes. Apply Diamond, Jewel or Crystal Floor finishes to retain a beautiful shine.
